Tom Dexheimer, Ph.D.
Thomas Dexheimer, Ph.D. is the director of the Assay Development and Drug Repurposing Core (ADDRC) at Michigan State University. He received his Ph.D. degree from the University of Arizona and his postdoctoral training from the National Cancer Institute. Prior to joining MSU, Dr. Dexheimer spent five years at the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), where he developed extensive expertise in assay development and miniaturization to implement small molecule high throughput screening for chemical probe and lead identification. Dr. Dexheimer has been associated with the field of preclinical drug discovery throughout his research career.
